    Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to finalize property deals and ensure legal compliance during sales closings.
  • Offer clients comprehensive market area research to empower them in making well-informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients in navigating purchase / sale agreements effectively.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of business properties, including assessing maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analyzing data.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to drive future growth opportunities.
  • Qualifications :
