Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing brokerage services, representing sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants, performing investment and value analysis, and handling business sales and valuations. Additionally, the agent will engage in hospitality sales/services, commercial consulting, and commercial development.

Qualifications
- Real Estate License (VT, NH, ME or MA) or ability to get a Real Estate License
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excel Proficiency recommended
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- 100% Commission as a 1099 contactor
