Compensation :

75,000 - $167,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

Reach out promptly to leads and inquiries in Mobile, AL, US.

Conduct detailed market analysis to ensure accurate pricing of property listings.

Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to create new business opportunities.

Provide support to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process for a smooth closing experience.

Assist sellers in effectively pricing, staging, and marketing their properties to attract potential buyers quickly in Mobile, AL, US.

Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth effectively.

Follow the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation in Mobile, AL, US.

Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization located in Mobile, AL, US.

Seek clarity actively by asking relevant questions related to real estate sales listings.

Efficiently coordinate and schedule listing appointments for Mobile, AL, US.
