Compensation :

87,500 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Develop leads specifically tailored to establish a strong client base within the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA.

Participate in specialized training programs designed to enhance knowledge and skills in the luxury real estate sector.

Persistently follow up on leads until securing appointments with either a listing or buyer's agent, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Maintain regular and effective communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails, emphasizing the significance of building relationships and brand recognition.

Generate and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards achieving company objectives accurately.

Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into valuable clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system for agent reference.

Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with a professional and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications :
