    Compensation :

    86,500 - $179,500 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions in Long Beach, CA, US
  • Organize property viewings, conduct home tours, and actively engage in open houses to assist potential buyers
  • Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a residence
  • Prepare essential paperwork like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases necessary for completing a sale
  • Provide prospective home buyers with valuable insights into the local housing market in Long Beach, CA, US
  • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for effective collaboration and goal achievement
  • Schedule appointments with potential buyers in Long Beach, CA, US
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences in Long Beach, CA, US
