Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am -5 : 00pm

  • Responsible for all documentation of Association violations –inspections as necessary – understands regulations and rules as provided by Board and Management
  • Track violations for completion and documents compliance.
  • Issue violation tickets for residents who are found speeding or have parked vehicles illegally.
  • Repeat inspections as necessary within time frame determined for violations compliance
  • Primary contact for all non-compliance letters and follow-up to compliance or fine.
  • Provide Violations Supervisor with all documentation requesting compliance and resolution - For Board to make determination of fine if necessary
  • Update any KWPM systems with violations documentation as directed
  • Assist in the daily operations of the management office and administrative duties following established Company guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties as follows : answers phone calls, record keeping, filing, mailing, email communication and other essential duties as required.

Work Environment

The position may require long periods of walking and / or sitting. Will be exposed to the outdoor climate.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determined at property / location. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Required Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Preferred Education and Experience; a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
  • Customer Service experience
  • Must have a valid FL – Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Prior HOA or COA experience preferred
