Position Overview
The Violations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing compliance across a 1,200-home community, ensuring adherence to the governing documents, including Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). This role supports the Community Manager with enforcement and communication tasks, conducting regular inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and effectively communicating with homeowners regarding violations, processes, and resolutions. This position will require you to drive 80% around the community in a golf cart.
Key Responsibilities :
Property Inspections :
- Conduct regular inspections of the community (daily, or as directed) to identify violations of the HOA’s governing documents.
- Utilize HOA management software or mobile applications to document violations with accuracy, including photographs and detailed descriptions.
