Audio / Visual Team Lead needed to support the ministry of a church by providing excellent sound and visual quality for in-house and streamed events on Sundays and Special Services. Serve as the primary point of contact for everything A / V related. Lead a team of A / V volunteers to provide encouragement and training.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain an optimal experience for in-person and online worship.
- Establish and maintain a friendly, positive and welcoming volunteer experience and coordinate quarterly volunteer schedule.
- Be an active participant of the team by operating equipment side-by-side with volunteers each week.
- Proactive in identifying and analyzing potential challenges with expertise to make immediate adjustments to achieve an optimal sound & visual experience.
- As requested, record or stream events and / or create photo stories / slideshows for worship, memorials, and other events.
- Maintain equipment.
- Establish editable and static ProPresenter templates that honor Reid’s traditions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years’ experience. Availability to work 2.5 hours on Sunday and 2.5 hours during the week. Experience with ProPresenter and Live Streaming. Flexibility to provide A / V service for funerals, weddings, special services, etc.
