Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client needs and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry and documentation.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
- Provide bilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse client backgrounds.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong office skills including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze information effectively to meet client needs.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
