Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of management, and the ability to effectively schedule and manage project timelines. As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of erosion workers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Qualification
- Be able to ride a truck and trailer of 26ft or less.
- Silt Fence Experience
- Erosion Control Experience
- Hydroseeding Experience
- CDL ( needed but not required)
- Be able to pass a background test
- Be able to use a skid loader
