Pay Range: $65,231.14 to $97,846.58
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Full Time Data Analyst - La Crosse, WI:
Our Corporate Finance Department is looking for a driven Data Analyst to assist with providing reporting, analytics and business insights. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the analyst will be responsible for providing real-time, data-driven analysis and insights into business enterprise revenues and expenses in order to budget, forecast, and support major corporate decisions of department leaders.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Extract large amounts of data to create, enhance, and maintain measurement tools, KPI, dashboards and reports
- Analyze and translate complex technical information into concise, accurate, and practical information for the business
- Research, identify, develop, and analyze cost saving and profit generating initiatives in order to create more accurate forecasts and assist department leaders in managing their budgets
- Support the FP&A team in analyzing period financial statements and capital expenditure ROI calculations
- Developing and evaluating department and enterprise budgets/forecasts models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or commensurate data analytics experience
- 3 years’ work experience in data analytics and visualization preferred
- Proven ability to use data, analytics and business knowledge to solve complex business problems
- Ability to translate strategic vision and large amounts of data into actionable recommendations with little direction
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of statistical/reporting software platforms, experience with machine learning models, and hands on experience with one or more BI platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Anaplan experience is preferred
- In depth knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and budgeting/forecasting
