This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on long-term market growth, OEM partnerships, and consumer insights to influence business decisions. It is ideal for a strategic marketer with product management experience who understands the B2B2C business model collaborating with OEM partners while keeping a strong focus on end-consumer needs. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic marketing expertise, product management acumen, and market research skills, with the ability to guide product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies as well as who can blend data-driven insights with creative marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand in both B2B and B2C ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Planning & Business Insights
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B2C landscape.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide OEM marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine value propositions and competitive differentiation that resonate with both OEMs and end consumers.
Demand Generation & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support OEM sales efforts while building end-user brand awareness.
- Optimize digital marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), content marketing, SEO, and paid media strategies to reach both business customers and consumers.
- Work with OEM partners to co-market products, develop joint campaigns, and create sales enablement materials that support their go-to-market efforts.
Brand Management & Market Positioning
- Strengthen the company's brand presence across both OEM (B2B) and end-user (B2C) segments.
- Develop compelling messaging, content, and storytelling that reinforces the company’s expertise in water filtration for both business partners and consumers.
- Ensure branding and product positioning are aligned with OEM partner needs while maintaining strong consumer appeal.
Consumer & OEM Market Insights
- Stay informed about consumer trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements in water filtration.
- Conduct consumer research, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights that inform product development and marketing.
- Develop strategies to translate consumer needs into OEM opportunities, helping OEM partners better position and sell products.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with OEM partners, sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, research firms, and media partners to enhance marketing impact.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports, and conference participation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, market research, or product marketing, preferably in water filtration, Product based, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong expertise in B2B2C marketing, OEM partnerships, and consumer insights.
- Proven track record in market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
