Job Summary
We are seeking a (evening shift) dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer/Strength Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Functional Strength and Conditioning, physiology, and anatomy, with the ability to regress and progress movements that cater to individual client needs. As a Kyle Brown Performance Coach, you will motivate and guide clients through their fitness journeys, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals in a supportive environment.
Duties
- Lead and coach small group training sessions with 6-10 clients at a time through a 60 minute total body workout.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure client safety.
- Have the ability to adapt training programs to individual client needs.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to maximize results.
- Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes that complement fitness routines.
- Engage in sales and promotional services.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized.
- Stay updated on industry trends and training techniques to provide the best service possible.
Requirements
- Preferred certifications (CFSC, CSCS, ACE, NASM)
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
- Experience in personal training or sports coaching is preferred.
- Ability to design effective training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Previous experience in fitness sales is advantageous but not required.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
