We have openings at multiple locations throughout Chicagoland and Suburbs.
Some positions are fully remote, some hybrid and some require 40 hours in office.
We have hiring agency owners for all three types of Insurance Producer Positions.
MUST BE LICENSED IN INSURANCE IN ILLINOIS

Responsibilities
- Educating customers with the various insurance products we offer
- Selling our products and services
- Leveraging social media outlets for marketing yourself
- Calling prospects from hot leads provided by mentor agent
- Marketing via different available programs
- Being creative on getting your name out there
- Attending local fun events and sharing your expertise with prospects
Requirement
Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health with the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance or be willing to get licensed within 30 days from date of interview. We can guide you through that process to become fully licensed.
Candidate will interview with Mentor Agency Owners to ensure a good fit and match salary requirements. Many Mentor Agents allow Hybrid work schedules and may or may not require Saturdays. That is a conversation between Mentor Agent and Protege Producer Candidate.
Sales or Insurance Experience Experience is a must!
Salary : $40,000 - $66,000
