Job Description
MUST BE LICENSED IN INSURANCE IN ILLINOIS or ACTIVELY IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING
We have openings at multiple locations throughout Chicagoland and Suburbs as our District is expanding rapidly!
Some positions are hybrid and some require 40 hours in office. During the screening process we'll discuss so feel free to apply regardless of preference.
We have hiring agency owners for all three types of Insurance Producer Positions:
Full-time producers, part-time producer and our latest & greatest; Protege Insurance Producers.
Competitive salary and commissions with bonus opportunities as well.

Responsibilities
Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health with the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance or be willing to get licensed within 30 days from date of interview. We can guide you through that process to become fully licensed.
Required Steps In The Hiring Process
(Assessments may appear similar however each district recruiter only has access to their assessment as we are all independently operated).

Responsibilities
- Educating customers with the various insurance products we offer
- Selling our products and services
- Leveraging social media outlets for marketing yourself
- Calling prospects from hot leads provided by mentor agent
- Marketing via different available programs
- Being creative on getting your name out there
- Attending local fun events and sharing your expertise with prospects

Required Steps In The Hiring Process
- Candidates will receive an assessment via email which must be completed prior to moving onto the next step
- Candidate will then have a phone screening with the District Recruiting Manager
- If forwarded, candidate will then interview with a Mentor Agency Owner that has already reviewed your resume and assessment results
