Requirements
Must be licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health with the State of Illinois Dept of Insurance!
Those willing to get licensed within 30 days of an offer of employment may be considered. We can guide you through that process.
Qualified Candidates will have an initial screening with Farmers Insurance D33 Recruiter, then interview with possible interested Agency Owner(s) to ensure a good fit and match salary requirements. Some Agency Owners may allow Hybrid work schedules and may or may not require Saturdays. That is a conversation between candidate and Agency Owner.
Insurance Experience is highly preferrable but exception may be made for right candidate.
Salary : $18 - $20
