Responsibilities:
- · Develops graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
- · Utilizes request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests
- · Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience
- · Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
- · Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online
- · Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
- · Conducts technical quality checks
- · Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles
- · Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps
Qualifications:
- Requires BA/BS and 3 years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required. Note: U.S. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Experience with the following:
- Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
- Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS
- Photography and video editing
- Mentoring and trains junior staff
- Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user-friendly experience
- Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
- Developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online
- Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
- Conducting technical quality checks
