- Supports major people processes such as Performance Management, employee experience, and onboarding.

- Develops strong, trust-based relationships to coach, guide, and support people and managers on how to appropriately resolve organizational and talent issues.

- This position is based in Watertown, MA and is onsite 5 days per week in the office.
