As a Behavior Health Technician (BHT), you'll engage in 1-on-1 sessions with clients in home, school, or community settings, utilizing a play-based approach customized to each child's interests. Compensation : Pay Range : $21.00-$25.00 DOE

CBT Pay Range : $23.00-$25.00

1,500 Sign-on Bonus for CBTs

What You’ll Need :

  • Passion for Impact : A genuine love for and experience with children.
  • Flexible Availability : Select a schedule that fits your lifestyle. A part-time position requires availability of either : 1) Three weekdays per week, from 3-7 pm two days from 8 am-12 pm or 11 : 30 am-3 pm, or 2) Five weekdays from 3-7 pm (Monday-Friday). A full-time position requires Monday-Friday availability from 8 am-7 pm (maximum 8 hours worked per day).
  • Educational Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Tech-Savviness : Comfort with technology is essential.
  • Reliable Transportation : A personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance are necessary.
