Support, Optimize, and Enhance IT Applications

At Kyocera SGS Precision Tools, we’re looking for a tech-savvy Application Support Analyst to take ownership of our IT-supported applications, ensuring seamless performance and integration across the organization and contribute to continuous improvement in application performance.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll oversee IT-supported applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance cybersecurity measures. Your key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Oversee critical IT applications, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and user support.
- UKG Ready HRIS Management: Manage both the technical and functional aspects of the UKG Ready Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations
- Troubleshoot & Innovate: Diagnose and resolve application issues, improving workflows and integrations.
- Empower Users: Provide top-notch training and support to enhance system utilization.
- Lead Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance business applications and drive efficiency.
- Strengthen Security: Monitor systems for potential threats, investigate security incidents, and implement corrective actions. Manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions to safeguard data and mitigate risks.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Conduct system assessments, deploy security patches. Strengthen data security through proactive risk management, system configuration, and secure access controls
- Collaborate & Influence: Work across teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong understanding of IT applications, network protocols, security technologies, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required) CompTIA Security , CEH, CISSP, or equivalent.
