What You’ll Do:
As a Distribution Center B Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Ensure accurate assembly, post-processing, and inspection of customer orders to meet shipping objectives and maintain quality standards.
- Material Handling: Sort, organize, and efficiently pick products to minimize WIP and improve throughput time.
- Labeling & Marking: Prepare and apply precise labels, including customer-specific markings, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Manifest Creation: Generate accurate shipping manifests and process domestic and international orders using designated software.
- Shipping Operations: Operate and maintain shipping equipment such as banding machines, lift tables, and carts to ensure safe and efficient workflows.
- Pre-Pack Processing: Perform laser marking, tubing, and labeling of prepackaged items to replenish stock while maintaining FIFO standards.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings, inter-departmental material transportation, and collaborative efforts to achieve distribution center objectives.
- Overtime - Overtime is voluntary unless specifically scheduled as mandatory by the company.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of related experience/training.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Team-oriented with adaptability to varying workloads.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
