This HR Transformation L&D Specialist position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee learning and development initiatives while supporting HR transformation strategies. Your contribution:
- Collect organizational learning needs and design training and development plans aligned with company objectives
- Manage and coordinate internal training programs and calendars, focusing on cultural transformation
- Promote compliance with company policies and support cultural change initiatives
- Oversee performance evaluations, ensuring accurate system usage and data analysis
- Manage talent identification, succession planning, and career development to retain key personnel
- Ensure adherence to company culture in onboarding processes, supporting new hires' integration
- Actively participate in regional projects, including workplace climate initiatives and volunteer programs
Your journey:
You excel at HR process management, employee training, and improving organizational development. Additionally, you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in HR, learning & development, or onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
