Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Oversee office management tasks, including supply inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Serve as a dental receptionist when necessary, coordinating patient appointments and managing patient records.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure efficient communication within the office.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of computer literacy to perform various administrative functions using office software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
