Cisco CVP Developer Job Description :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions for Cisco UCCE (CVP) systems to meet business requirements.
  • Write efficient and maintainable code in Java and other programming languages as required.
  • Develop API integrations to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
  • Customize Cisco Finesse for enhanced agent experience and productivity.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and system reporting.
  • Implement and maintain service integrations to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during the development and implementation phases.

Must-Have Skills for Developer Role :

  • Strong programming skills in Java.
  • Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE (CVP) and Cisco Finesse.
  • Expertise in API and service integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco UCCE (CVP) environments for scalability and performance optimization.
  • Automate infrastructure and system processes using DevOps tools and best practices.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for deploying updates to Cisco systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Integrate Cisco UCCE with other platforms using APIs and service integration methods.
