· Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System (GMLID)
· Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejects
· Maintain Tables/Data in SAP
· Work with SAP to resolve dealer claim rejections
· Create and Analyze Reject Report to Identify areas that need GMLID update
· Work with the Labor Time Activity Group to resolve labor time guide (LTG) issues
· Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements
· Performs other related duties and assignments as required
· Global Focus Self-Starter who still can work well with a team
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
