Candidate Requirements: Degree – 2 year degree is fine, Bachelor degree is not required.
· Really looking for experience, prefers a really good problem solver than a 4 year degree
· Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience
· Not looking for someone completely green, it might be overwhelming
· IT experience supporting end-user devices (PC, printers, scanners, mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
· Experience migrating win7 to win10, to win11 OS
· Experience with basic network concepts
· Good communication skills
· Printer experience
· Active directory experience, this would stand out
· CISCO experience is preferred
· Experience working with projects is a plus
· BigFix tool, Service now
