Job Title: Financial Analyst
Duration: 8months
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Shift: A shift, Monday through Friday, core business hours – 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Partial onsite 3 days / partial remote – 2 days as per current work structure
Qualifications: Reports financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
· Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
· Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
· Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
· Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
· Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
· Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Top 3 kills Must have:
· Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
· Good Attention Detail / Communication / Follow up
· Adaptable / Quick learner
Nice to have:
· SAP / IFT knowledge or similar purchase 2 pay system
· Knowledge of purchasing process (workflow)
· Any previous BMW NA experience
· Flexible here if P2P background is there
