Daily breakdown – someone’s laptop/email doesn’t work and they need help, Change control
process that they follow, external team will reach out with a task, converse with the business
partners to see if a window is available for that change. Own the plant from the aspect of
anything IT comes in goes through them. Average about 3-10 interactions a week for the help
desk side of things, couple tasks a week where they might have to build a PC (fairly automated
process). Might have a day’s worth of asset management in the system, change controls.
Typical week may look like this, but can change -
3 days help desk
1 day building PC
1 day admin work
Interaction level with the team – the other team is an hour away, they work together, 3 sites all
within an hour of each other, all part producing plants for GM, each plant would have a
customer base of 100-300 people interact with business partners, everything from the plant
floor itself. Around 10-15 people that will be involved in their day to day

Pay: $27.28 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
