We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties
-Update reporting with accurate notes
-Track HSSE performance with database and spreadsheet software
-Managing new hire employment status during the training process of onboarding
-Ensure certificates and licenses remain up to date
-Review work permits to ensure a safe work environment
-Update training procedures are needed
-Plan and execute onsite events
-Maintain contractor records
-Oversee security badge access system
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Associates degree, preferred
1 year of administrative experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.94 - $20.00 per hour
