Duration : 12 Months (Open Ended Contract)
Location : Onsite - Georgetown, KY 40324
Note : Must be local or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing specifications for plastic injection processes, focusing on quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time optimization for the North American region.
- Manage new model plastics parts, both individually and through indirect management of engineers, SEIBI, and NAMC teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to SEIBI Technicians.
- Lead process development projects.
- Monitor equipment post-SOP / installation to ensure the sustainability of production KPIs.
- Collaborate with various teams across sections and departments to ensure the product’s sustainability throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle.
