We are currently looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced servers for our FOH team at L'ardente.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- provide a high level of personalized service, ensuring the highest standard of guest experience.
- greet guest with grace and professionalism, creating a welcoming and refined ambiance.
- learn and offer recommendations, and detailed information about the menu, including wine pairing and special features.
- Take precise and detailed orders, considering guest preferences.
- Table Service
- Serve courses using proper etiquette and presentation standards.
- Liaison with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate preparation and timely delivery of meals and beverages.
- Set and clear table as per L'ardente standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and address them discreetly and promptly.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate seamlessly with other staff, including kitchen and bar personnel, to deliver a coordinated and exceptional dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH team to maintain a cohesive and efficient service flow.
Qualifications:
- 2 previous experience in upscale restaurant settings
- Exception communication and interpersonal skills, projecting an elegant and composed demeanor.
- Profound and past knowledge of upscale dining etiquette, menu items, wine pairings and service techniques
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- A keen eye for attention to detail and delivering top-tier service in an upscale dining setting.
Salary : $18 - $50
