We are well known for training law enforcement to deliver the the Too good for Drugs and Too Good for Violence programs in grades K-12 throughout the nation.
Job Overview:
L.E.A.D. is seeking an experienced VP of Accounting to join our team. This is a full-time (9am-5pm), on site position in our office in Naples, Florida. The VP of Finance will report directly to EVP of Finance, and will be responsible for day-to-day staff accountant tasks such as maintaining A/P and A/R, invoicing, and general accounting/reconciliation duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparation of financial reports and schedules
- Proficiency in invoicing and customer relationships
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or Associate degree with 5 years experience working in accounting office
- Experience with non-profit organizations is HIGHLY desirable
