This Counter/Inside Sales Associate position in our Harrisburg, PA branch is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact with a growing, but stable, 100% employee-owned company. The ideal candidate will possess:
- the ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
- one to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience
- experience in the flooring industry is helpful
- ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to assist in the warehouse as needed

ability to receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status, process returns
ability to maintain a clean and organized stock showroom and counter area
- ability to pick and stage customer orders
- able to lift up to 80 pounds
