About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aggregates Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our aggregates processing equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics, ensuring compliance with MSHA regulations, and maintaining high levels of safety and efficiency in our operations.
In addition, this role involves developing and improving predictive and preventive maintenance practices, working closely with operations personnel to reduce downtime, and establishing maintenance standards that meet OEM specifications.
