Summary:

The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's recruitment and staffing operations. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
    • Job posting and sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
    • Screening resumes and applications
    • Conducting phone and in-person interviews
    • Performing background checks and reference checks
    • Extending job offers and negotiating salaries
    • Onboarding new hires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, applicant tracking system data) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and staffing.
  • May supervise a team of recruiters.

Qualifications:

• experience in recruitment and staffing
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Staffing Industry
