What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Staffing Supervisor position at Onin Staffing?
The Onsite Supervisor will work at our client's facility in Brookshire, Texas to oversee the staffing operation as a liaison between our client, our employees, and our servicing branch. This is a fulltime position working directly for Onin Staffing.

Position is fulltime, Monday through Friday, with variable hours, but 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is typical. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and a monthly bonus. Weekly pay.

· Recruit to fulfill client needs
· Monitor attendance and take necessary action when needed
· Build strong relationships with client by understanding the business and staffing needs to create solutions
· Manage teammates through coaching, counseling, motivating, investigating and, when necessary, termination
· Respond to teammates in a timely manner
Work Experience
· Proactive thinker and clear communication with client, branch and teammates.
· Management in Manufacturing
· Must be fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
· Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision
· Ability to identify and execute appropriate actions to resolve issues
· Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
