We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement team. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management processes, ensuring that materials, goods, and services are acquired in a timely, cost-effective manner. This role will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Manager on cost down initiatives.

- Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of purchasing professionals.
- Set clear performance goals, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Procurement Strategy :
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies that align with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Analyze purchasing trends, industry developments, and market conditions to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and finalizing purchase orders.
- Supplier Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sources for goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the purchasing department's budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, aiming to reduce waste and avoid stockouts.
- Inventory Control :
- Oversee inventory management processes, including forecasting, ordering, and receiving of materials and goods.
- Implement inventory management software and systems to track procurement and stock levels.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of materials.
- Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure that purchasing practices comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Reporting and Analysis :
