Duty/Role – Production Coordinator
Job Description – This is a full-time role that provides cross departmental, site coordination and activity. This Role will participate in daily, weekly, and unscheduled meetings surrounding updates pertaining to site and organizational needs. Providing and recording local information in a manner that meets the requirements across all interdepartmental interactions to provide long lasting visibility. This position is critical to fostering a cohesive flow of production, materials, quality product, information, and maintaining site order. Utilization of organizational systems, ERP, MS365, as well as generating and maintaining system or self-made reports will be necessary to keep projects, people, and locations within visibility.
Salary - $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 D.O.E.
L&L Fabrication is an ASME Code vessel shop Holding U and R stamps. We offer ASME-coded work built to spec, along with repairs and maintenance on used pressure-rated equipment.

Expected Roles/Responsibilities:
- Participate in Daily/Weekly/Unscheduled meetings surrounding the production.
- Use cross-departmental platform to ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate outward expectations generated from Budget on Project, as well as status and wrap up at the conclusion of projects.
- Interact with shop teams to have a full understanding of project status’ and needs, ranging from resources to materials.
- Track Project progress and part availability by visual interaction at minimum.
- Be a representative for all parties when it comes to an unbiased view on opportunity, change, modification, and introduction of new processes.
- Interact with other site coordinators to schedule, arrange, and communicate material needs, site progress, project status, goods in transit, and maintain as an inter-site P.O.C.
- Operate within company systems with high literacy and accuracy.
- Sage (ERP) and Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Office Suite [Desktop/Cloud])
- Be an open team member to the introduction of new tasks that may be out of role to aid in the development of self, or others.
- Provide quality control support, warehouse and inventory support when business needs require.
- Communicate and offer executable opportunities for team or individual development.
- Provide a SAFE team member that is accountable, respectful, and empowered to introduce new opportunities for getting the job done.
Requirements for the Role:
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks successfully, prioritizing appropriately.
- Proven ability to communicate as the situation dictates.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning or Inventory Management Systems
- Systems that aid in the dispersion of resources, labor, inventory
- Ability to read, interpret Mechanical Engineered Drawing and come to conclusions or acknowledge when to ask questions.
- Ability to interpret or locate information in a code book.
- Lead discussions or meetings on the topic of Budget versus Actual in relation to projects, Safety incidents, Project successes, or Project Failures.
- Become a reliable source of information for all departments.
- Follow and meet any requirements that may be imposed by the Quality Control Manual
- Ex. Material Requirements, Pack Slips, Receivers

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be stationary for an extended period of time, and then move to working in a non-stationary position. This role will require the applicant to be able to move around collecting physical data as well as working at a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds frequently, 50 pounds infrequently with support, and 100 pounds occasionally with support.
- Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
- This position will be exposed to varying noise levels, entering and exiting the shop environment, the ability to don-doff hearing protection is necessary.
