Job Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be familiar with a wide range of tasks related to labor work on job sites.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the start of a project.
• Perform various physical tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, demoing, and operating basic hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with other team members, including contractors, supervisors, and tradespeople, to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of quality and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress, issues, and any required adjustments.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Laborer in the construction industry.
• Must have drywall, spackling, and sanding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Transportation
• Valid Driver's license, registration and insurance.
