Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications of the finished product.
- Cut, bend, and assemble metal parts using various machinery, tools, and welding techniques.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces for quality and durability.
- Operate a variety of machines such as shears, brakes, and plasma cutters.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any fabrication issues that may arise.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and fabrication procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with operating machinery and tools
- Attention to detail and good physical stamina.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
