Job Description
- We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our small but close-knit HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing job postings and the applicant tracking system, welcoming new hires with multiple orientations each week, supporting employees with benefits enrollment, setting up and maintaining digital employee files, tackling monthly benefit invoices, creating emails and flyers, and assisting with organizing training and company events.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience, preferably in HR, a valid driver's license, and be fluent in Spanish.
