What you’ll do: The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the administration of all required customer data systems, accounts receivables of OEM customers, Oracle and data management as required for item creation, maintenance of transfer price, customer purchase orders, pricing, spot buy orders, tool billing, data integrity & forecasting accuracy.
Duties / Responsibilities of this position:
- Ensure accuracy of all required sales and product data input.
- Monitor & complete Oracle Workflow notification.
- All item setups
- Applicable attachments
- Actual vs forecast monthly comparison
- New Customer Setups & Sites.
- Invoice Customer Funded tooling.
- Gather supporting documentation & pictures
- Understand and follow the policy and instructions for the company contract review.
- Identify and resolve OEM Accounts Receivables issues.
- Monitor and maintain OEM databases per customer requirements.
- Verification of the yearly, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Receptionist coverage as scheduled.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred

- Ability to operate office equipment
