Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Merchandising Analyst to join our dynamic Digital Merchandising team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing ecommerce product performance data to inform strategic decisions. You will gather and synthesize data-driven insights from multiple sources to analyze product performance in priority categories, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital merchandising and product assortment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain ecommerce product performance reports and dashboards to provide insights into product performance.* Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.* Provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital merchandising and product assortment strategies.* Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Inventory, Site Analytics, Customer Analytics, Customer Insights, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing Analysts to ensure cohesive strategies.* Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders using business-friendly language and visualizations.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce analytics and digital merchandising.
Requirements
* 3 years of experience in ecommerce or merchandising analytics.* Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to work with large data sets.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to analyze data and form a point of view based on insights.* Comfort developing PowerPoint presentations for senior-level audiences.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
