Position Purpose
Develop and execute world-class retail campus events year-round, ensuring exceptional customer-facing experiential elements. Provide strategic direction to the Freeport, Maine Events Leadership Team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and provide oversight for the Freeport Events Team to execute daily events and flex up for seasonal installations:
- Leverage internal/external partnerships to plan and facilitate the calendar of campus-wide events to reinforce the Freeport experiential strategies:
- Develop a program of store events specific to each location that reinforces the goals of retail and corporate experiential and merchandising strategies.
- Create, publish, and execute a run of show relative to every campus event. 365 days.
- Work with Retail Experiential, Brand Engagement, Executive Leaders, Merchants, Store Leadership, 3rd Party Service Providers, and Community Partners to facilitate planning and own the execution of these events.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all Social Media communications related campus-wide events.
- Cultivate and manage effective relationships with community partners, third-party vendors, service providers, and the internal Retail Experiential Marketing Team to bring our experiential vision to life on campus.
Requirements
- This position is an in-office role based in our headquarters in Freeport, Maine. This is not a remote role.
- Experience with planning and executing large scale events is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
