What we are Looking for
L&M is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill our Packaging Designer position. This role is vital in supporting our internal Sales team and external Customers; focused on Innovation, Creativity, and Custom Packaging Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design corrugated packaging products.
- Spec out current customer items; check new specs.
- Make sales calls when necessary.
- Perform stacking analysis and compression performances.
- Provide cape layouts; produce Workflow.
- Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties.
Education, Experience, and Attributes
- A minimum of 2 years of corrugated design experience or a college degree in a related field.
- A technical, detailed, mindset.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams.
- Experience with design programs and running a CAD table a plus.
