Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative:
- Engage directly with new and existing customers to build strong relationships, offering customized solutions based on their needs

- Assist the marketing team with campaign coordination and data collection to optimize customer outreach efforts

Job Qualifications for the Customer Account Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years in customer service, sales, or account management
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and how they relate to customer account management
- Ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to customer challenges
- Strong attention to detail to manage customer accounts and marketing data accurately
