Director of Performance Marketing

We’re seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our growing team and work in close partnership with the VP of Growth to manage and optimize our paid channels. This role will focus heavily on driving growth through paid social media platforms , including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strategic focus on analyzing and improving creative performance to drive measurable results at scale.
You will oversee our paid marketing strategy and $500k monthly budget , guiding your team to ensure our digital marketing efforts are highly effective, scalable, and aligned with L-Nutra’s overarching business goals. As a data-driven leader, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of L-Nutra’s digital presence , refining the performance marketing strategy to deliver significant growth across all key acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Paid Media Strategy :
- Spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube , and additional social channels. Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and long-term growth.
- Creative Performance Leadership :
- Oversee the optimization of creative performance , providing direction on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies. Lead the team to interpret and analyze performance data across paid channels, identifying areas for continuous improvement to achieve higher engagement conversion rates , and ROI
- Collaborate with Leadership :
- Work directly with the VP of Growth and other leaders to align performance marketing strategies with broader company growth objectives . Lead the integration of new paid channels into the marketing mix, ensuring L-Nutra stays at the forefront of paid media innovation.
- Budget Oversight & Optimization :
- Manage and optimize a monthly marketing budget of $500k to ensure optimal allocation across channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROAS CAC , and LTV . Lead the budgeting process and ensure efficient spend distribution to achieve key metrics.
- Funnel & Campaign Optimization :
- Take full ownership of funnel optimization by analyzing and optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Ensure the continuous improvement of campaigns throughout the funnel to maximize impact.
- Expansion of Paid Social Channels :
- Lead the launch and scaling of new paid social channels like TikTok and YouTube , diversifying and expanding L-Nutra’s paid marketing footprint. Guide the team in evaluating new opportunities and integrating them into the overall paid media strategy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by leveraging insights and analytics to guide strategy and creative execution. Regularly report on campaign performance , using data to refine tactics and ensure the highest levels of performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with the creative content , and product teams to ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with brand messaging product launches , and overall marketing objectives. Lead and mentor a growing team of performance marketers.
