Salary Range [New York]: $138,500-$200,800 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

What You Will Do
- Social Media Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and lead the brand's overall social media vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and long-term brand goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the social media landscape.
- Establish and communicate best practices for social media across the organization.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage the social media team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence:
- Collaborate with senior leadership across various departments to integrate social media into broader business strategies.
- Influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for social media initiatives.
- Represent the brand and its social media presence at industry events.
- Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights:
- Oversee the analysis of social media performance data, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to track the ROI of social media activities.
- Budget Planning & Resource Allocation:
- Develop and manage the social media budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee agency relationships and negotiate contracts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and leading successful social media strategies and teams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Experience managing budgets, and leading teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
- No Physical Requirements of the Role
- Social Media Marketing or Influencer Marketing certifications.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
