Job Summary: This highly strategic role is responsible for building and implementing scalable audience strategies across CRM and Paid Media This role will partner with the brands and media teams to transform marketing objectives into a data activation plan, ensuring brands are harnessing the power of their data to reach key strategic consumers in all addressable channels, and ensuring they are meeting the needs of the business as well.

Salary Range [New York]: $117,400-$167,300 base salary (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

What You Will Learn
- Set strategy for how brands should use 1P, 2P and 3P data across CRM and Paid Media channels, and across full marketing funnel (Acquisition & Retention)
- Partner with cross-functional (LUSA CDMO) and brand teams on Omnichannel briefing and planning in coordination with Media Agencies
- Work closely with corporate teams (LUSA CDMO) to cascade larger Consumer Data Strategies and 1P/2P/3P best practices into brand strategies/omnichannel campaigns
- Be the connector between data and paid media teams to ensure strategies are scalable and adhere to media platform best practices
- Conduct audience segmentation and consumer journey analysis
- Identify gaps in any data needs and work with corporate/brand teams to either drive 1P Acquisition, or leverage 2P partnerships to close gap
- Establish KPIs and Learning Agendas to track and report on omnichannel audience performance
- Partner with Corporate teams (LUSA CDMO) to provide program level performance reporting and KPIS tracking
What We Are Looking For:
- BA/BS degree
- Strong understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
- Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle and how data can enhance both known and paid channels
- Strong understanding of precision media strategies and partner landscape
- General knowledge of the adtech, martech and data platform ecosystem
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Candidate must have strong written communication skills with ability to multi-task cross-functionally and with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact and present to various levels of the organization
