Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy for the supply chain, aligning with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain and develop action plans to achieve desired results.
- Design and implement operational excellence programs and initiatives focused on key areas such as lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements across the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance supply chain efficiency, optimize processes, and improve data analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize performance.
Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of operational excellence professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on operational excellence.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational excellence initiatives within a supply chain environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing budgets and resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and supply chain management software.
